DIEGO TABARES
“PIANO”
Diego Tabares is a native of Medellin, Colombia. He began
studying music at a very young age. His first instrument was the
bass. He is a brother to Jose Tabares and Mario Tabares (bassist
for SDP).
Since his start he studied percussion, piano, production and
arrangement. Diego moved to the states over twenty years ago and
has performed with numerous conjuntos and orquestas. He also
creates arrangements for local orchestras in New Jersey.
Recently, Mr. Tabares has become a full time member of Son Del
Pueblo. His talent and humble character is very much appreciated
by fellow band members and musicians alike. Diego plans to grow
with our orchestra and take each step to the next level.
